Our Beers

We love beers of all styles and share that love by brewing diverse flavourful brews from classic styles to hop forward to experimental.

  • 6.9% ABV
  • 22 IBU

A rich, malty full-bodied beer with a pleasing warmth and clean finish. This Barrel Aged Doppelbock takes on the chracter of the blend of bourbon, rye whiskey, and rum barrels to give notes of oak, vanilla, and dark fruits.

Northern Logger

  • 4.9% ABV
  • 17 IBU

Northern Logger is a Golden Ale, which is light on the palate and very easy drinking. Lightly hopped with Bravo hops to give a little extra bitterness to counteract the sweetness.

360 Pale Ale

  • 4.9% ABV
  • 37 IBU

360 Pale Ale is a blend of American and English Pale Ales, where classic American hops are used, however it is fermented with classic English yeast to give it that extra bite.

Mr. Canoehead

  • 5.1% ABV
  • 45 IBU

While Mr. Canoehead is labelled as a red ale, it deviates from the style with an added dry-hop to give it added aroma and flavour. The malt and Citra hops of this aromatic hoppy Red Ale will strike you like a lightning bolt... without fusing your canoe to your head.

Beaver Duck

  • 4.5% ABV
  • 34 IBU

Dry hopped with Galaxy and Amarillo, this Session IPA has a citrusy aroma of tangerine and pine with a clean finish. Its sessionability makes it a great beer to go back to again and again.

Skull Rock Stout

  • 5.1% ABV
  • 32 IBU

Skull Rock Stout is an Oatmeal Stout with six different malts, toasted oak silkiness, and a single aromatic English hop deliver a balanced complexity. A slightly sweet stout with a rich grain and chocolate flavour.

Hoppet IPA

  • 6.5% ABV

Using a blend of typical piney and citrusy North American hops, this West Coast style IPA delivers a wave of aromas and flavour. It finishes clean and dry with some expected bitterness.

White Out

  • 6.1% ABV
  • 25 IBU

Unlike the unpredictable weather in Northwestern Ontario, this beer is predictably delicious. With aromas of papaya and a smooth, refreshing mouthfeel, this Hazy IPA is dominated by juicy and tropical fruit notes making it a go to for blizzards and heatwaves.
