Position: Sales Representative (18 Month Coverage) – Thunder Bay, ON
Type: Temporary / Full-Time
Location: Thunder Bay, Ontario
Reports To: Management/Ownership

About the Role
Based in Thunder Bay, you’ll represent Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. throughout the region, building relationships with retail and on-premise partners and helping grow our brand presence in the community. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to our sales strategy and make an impact while enjoying the support of a collaborative, team-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Support new account acquisition and expand the reach of Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. products.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to retail and on-premise partners, providing product knowledge, merchandising support, and promotions guidance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align sales initiatives with brand goals.
  • Track sales activities and provide reports to management, highlighting opportunities and successes.
  • Represent Sleeping Giant Brewing Co. at events and tastings as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management, ideally in beverage/alcohol or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • A genuine passion for craft beer and a desire to share it with others.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
