Doppelbock

A rich, malty full-bodied beer with a pleasing warmth and clean finish. This Barrel Aged Doppelbock takes on the chracter of the blend of bourbon, rye whiskey, and rum barrels to give notes of oak, vanilla, and dark fruits.

  • 7.7% ABV
  • 20 IBU

A heavy malt-based beer with notes of bread, biscuit, and caramel, aged in a blend of bourbon, rye whiskey, and rum barrels for a nice, warm mouthfeel and added complexity.
