Thursday, November 28th

Join us on Thursday, November 28th, for the grand opening of the Northern Christmas Market! The festivities begin at 6:00 PM with the enchanting Lighting of the Northern Christmas Tree, presented by Sleeping Giant Brewing Company and George’s Market Celebrations. Cozy up with a warm drink from the Crush Coffee Co. Coffee Station, gather around the bonfires to roast marshmallows, and savour the festive atmosphere. While you’re here, enjoy a pint of Newark beer on tap, a crowd favourite to pair perfectly with the holiday cheer. Start the season with an evening of light, warmth, and community!

Friday, November 29th

The Northern Christmas Market officially launches its holiday market experience! Stroll through the vibrant vendor stalls featuring unique offerings from Metropolitan Moose, Shimmer and Fizz, Lakehead Customs, Sleeping Giant Biscotti, Sister Bear Designs, and George’s Market/Celebrations, with more to be announced. Enjoy the festive atmosphere as live music fills the air, creating the perfect backdrop for shopping, mingling, and celebrating the season. Whether you’re looking for handmade treasures or delicious treats, Day 2 promises to delight visitors of all ages!

Saturday, November 30th

Make your Saturday magical at the Northern Christmas Market! Support a great cause by purchasing an ornament for the Northern Tree, with proceeds benefiting Toys for Tots. Let your creativity shine at the Christmas craft corner in retail, featuring paint kits and more. Indulge in a festive treat with a unique S’more beer, choosing between a stout or CVP paired with freshly made local marshmallows, or explore our holiday cocktail specials and extra food offerings, including delightful holiday cookie boxes.

From 12 PM to 4 PM, don’t miss the chance to sample craft soda flights with a special tasting hosted by our brewery kids, Finn and Caden. Join us for a day of heartwarming activities, delicious flavours, and festive cheer!

Sunday, December 1st

Wrap up your weekend with a day of fun and festivities at the Northern Christmas Market! Get creative with holiday pretzel necklace making, and bring your furry friends to the Pet Taproom Takeover from 12 PM to 2 PM for a pint and some tail-wagging fun. Indulge in a sweet treat with hot waffles on a stick, available in the taproom, and dive into the joy of storytelling with our cozy Book Swap corner.

Day 4 is the perfect blend of festive flavours, family fun, and a little something special for book lovers and pet enthusiasts alike!
